Directions: Use once or twice a week to gently exfoliate the skin. Apply a small quantity of the cream onto the moistened skin and delicately massage using small circular movements. Rinse with warm water. For an optimal efficacy, allow the skin to rest under a thick layer of cream for 5 minutes before massaging the skin, so that the enzymes and nutritive ingredients can penetrate in the skin. Rinse with Icy Beauty Refreshing Cosmetic Preparation. Follow with Icy Beauty Lifting System for normal and combination skin types or Icy Beauty Lifting System for Dry Skin for dry skin types.
