All orders are processed Monday thru Friday within 24 hours of receiving the
orders. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
*UPS/FedEx Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. All delivery times are in "business days" and do not include weekends (with the exception of UPS Next Day Saturday Delivery) or Holidays. For example: UPS 3-Day Select will arrive in 3 Business Days after shipment; UPS 2nd Day Air will arrive in 2 Business Days after shipment; UPS Next Day Air will arrive on the Next Business Day after shipment.
UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Next Day Saturday Delivery orders may be tracked by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS or by logging on to www.ups.com.
FedEx Ground orders may be tracked by calling 1-800-GO-FED-EX or by logging on to www.fedex.com.
USPS Priority or Express Mail orders may be tracked by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS or by logging on to www.usps.com.
At this time, we do not ship outside the Domestic United States. This policy may change in the future.
All available items will be shipped at once. If an item is unavailable, we will call and/or email you of the status.
Packages that are returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS/FedEx and marked as "Unclaimed", "Return to Sender", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fee.
Returns:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
All returns must be made within 25 days of purchase and must include the original
receipt/packing slip and in the original packaging with any free gifts or promotions
included.
The sender is responsible for all shipping charges.
Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned
for a full refund to your credit card, less original shipping and handling charge.
No returns, exchanges, or store credits are accepted on cosmetics, skin care,
fragrances or sale-priced items. All sales are final.
Product damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at BeautyExclusive.com. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges.
Gifts returned will receive a BeautyExclusive.com merchandise credit or may be exchanged for other merchandise. Refunds
will only be issued to the original purchaser with receipt and in original packaging.
All credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used to make the
purchase.
